Billing Components (BC) is a billing and customer care system of the latest generation. It is one of the few packaged systems capable of covering the majority of telecommunications services in one system including wireless mobile, wireless local loop, data services, long distance and international services. Technologies like WAP and GPRS are supported, UMTS and E-Business are on BC's near future development roadmap.
Billing Components is a functionally rich Customer Care and Billing system based on a 3-tier client-server architecture. BC is fully modular. It comprises a set of business components, which have the technology to operate as stand-alone modules also. Clear, defined interfaces and APIs exist to keep functionality within single modules.
Components can either be incorporated into a full business management system or integrated into an operator's existing environment. Full modularity also guarantees maintainability and easy integration with external systems.
